The mountains of the High Lands are not all the same; they offer an extraordinary variety of landscapes to capture on your phone, with or without your face taking centre stage and happily blocking part of the view.
You can take the same shot in winter, wrapped up in a padded jacket and hat, or in summer in a swimsuit holding a spritz. Same place, opposite scene. Not something you find everywhere.
There are also plenty of off-the-beaten-path experiences to enjoy in the High Lands, and each one can give you unforgettable shots. If you are lucky, you might even have fun encounters with local wildlife—do you have a photo of yourself hugging a cow? Even she probably doesn’t. Time to fix that!
